Programs are designed primarily for students and emerging leaders. Specific events may focus on a particular school, career field, age group, or experience level.
Verification may be provided for approved, completed, and documented work. Each school or institution decides whether it accepts the hours.
Applications are reviewed for role fit, availability, communication, and the needs of the next project cycle. Selected applicants receive a written work package, orientation information, and an hours-recording process.
A speaker conversation, practical workshop, resource exchange, cross-campus roundtable, audience partnership, or another clearly scoped collaboration.
Start with a short introduction. IWF then reviews the local context, organizer capacity, and a realistic first activity before any chapter launch.
All participants are expected to follow IWF’s Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Standards, including rules on respectful conduct, privacy, communications, and activities involving minors.
IWF participation should be inclusive, mission-aligned, and accurately represented. Contributors are expected to protect personal information, respect consent, complete agreed work, and follow applicable school or community requirements.
